From mobile apps to medical platforms
I have a deep interest in healthcare. The focus of many of my UX and graphic design projects has been improving human health. I have experience working with healthcare companies of all sizes, from startups to finance companies involved in developing health-related services. The projects I took part in involved hardware, software, and service development. I have analyzed medical data just as such data has exploded in availability and as the healthcare industry has expanded immensely. This experience has given me a keen eye in an industry that has a great impact on our well-being.

Fitbit-style fitness application. Designed activity tracker software with versatile sizing to be compatible with iOS, Android, smart TV, and smart watches. As creative designer, managed the entire design process, analyzing customer data for UX, quality control, and social marketing.

Applications for a variety of healthful purposes. Participated in the development of several different app-based projects for various clients to promote health. Features of these apps include step counting, sleep quality assessment, body composition measurement, and exercise trackers.
Motion Tracking for mobile and smart TV
UX Senior Manager, 2020
Fitness app with motion tracking technology. The HOWFIT app with motion tracking for live coaching was built in response to increased demand for such apps due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and Korea’s high population density. It was an in-house venture for Shinhan Life, one of Korea’s biggest life insurance companies.
